Our Privacy Policy describes how el Quatre gathers, keeps or uses the information that receives through the different services or pages available in this site. It is important that it is understood that the information we gather and use since the access to this site implies the acceptance our policy of privacy.

Active compilation of data

This Web site has two forms which do not successfully obtain information unless a user submits them actively: Newsletter and request of information. Both forms ask for the minimum information necessary to fulfil their purpose.

In the first form (Newsletter) the received information (email address) will be registered and retained by el Quatre who will only use it as exclusive informative method of the Gallery and its activities.

In the second form (information request) the received information will not be registered and therefore it will not be used in the future in any case except the express acceptance of the visitor.

El Quatre, Sala d'Art is committed not to share this information with third parties and to maintain in the strictest confidentiality all the received information.

Cookies

This information allows to identify you as a concrete user and allows to keep the personal preferences, as well as technical information.

The Web of el Quatre uses only one cookie that takes care to collect the language selected by the visitor so that when this visitor returns to the page the main page he/she can skip the selection of language.

The information received through Google Analytics is absolutely anonymous and confidential and it only helps us to analyze the demographic of the visitors of the Web, and his/her technological solutions and their habits of visit. The process nevertheless is absolutely anonymous and confidential, reason why el Quatre does not have access to the identities of the visitors who appear in the statistics.
